Dr. Ashraghi has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. She graduated from dental school in 2003 and subsequently completed three years of specialty training in restorative and cosmetic dentistry under a full academic scholarship, followed by a two-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Rochester.

Originally from Iran, Dr. Ashraghi came to the United States and built her practice in Burke, VA. She is known for her exceptionally gentle technique — many patients report feeling little to no discomfort during procedures. She is deeply committed to building trusting, long-term relationships with her patients. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys working out, reading, writing, and meditating. She lives with her daughter and their dog Gasper.
